Partner Universities

The European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) is a participating institution of BioMalPar and operates the BioMalPar PhD programme (through its Collaborative Training section, EMBL/CTP, by procedures patterned on the EMBL International PhD Programme. This responsibility is part of the BioMalPar contract with the European Commission.

EMBL has over 20 ‘Collaborative Agreements’ with European universities.  Each agreement establishes a joint degree between the University and EMBL for students admitted to the EMBL International PhD Programme.  Several of these universities have agreed to extend the agreement to include students from the BioMalPar International PhD Programme including:

 

France: Université Joseph Fourier Grenoble

Germany: University of Heidelberg

Greece: University of Crete

Italy: University of Milano

Netherlands: Radboud University (Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen)

Norway: University of Bergen

UK: University of Dundee

 

Through EMBL/CTP, the BioMalPar International PhD Programme has established a partnership for a joint PhD degree with the following University:

University of Montpellier 2
