PhD Programme Evaluation Form [PDF]
- Fill out the online application. The closing
date for applications is 31 August 2004, all
additional documents have to be received by the
same date
- Download the form to be used for the
confidential letters of reference (1 page), and
forward the document
to the two referees who have agreed to write
a letter of recommendation on your behalf. The
forms are to
be filled in and returned to the BioMalPar Director
of Graduate Studies directly by the two referees.
Referees are encouraged not to fill more than
two pages and, if necessary and possible, to print
their
letters double- sided.
- Send a copy of the certificate
of your degree and a photocopy of your transcripts
by mail to:
